At Crate and Barrel, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.
We are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. In the case of an issue with your furniture purchase, please contact us within 3 days from the date of your delivery for an exchange or a credit from the store.
Provision of inaccurate personal details that results in the re-processing of any exchanges or credit will incur an administrative fee. Return pick-up fees will also apply. For delivered housewares, exchanges will be entertained at the store within 3 days from the date of delivery. Items should be returned in their original packaging and be accompanied by a valid receipt.
Exchanges are only accepted at the same store where merchandise was purchased. The exchanged item will have to be of an equal or a higher value than the original item, and you will be required to make up any additional difference. There will be no refund of any balance if the value of the exchanged item is lower than the original item.
Sales, Promotions and Back Orders
We apologize we cannot accept any exchanges or credit on sale and promotional items, back orders, used bedding and mattresses, price markdowns ending with 50 cents and products from the ‘as-is’ department.
Please note that we do not accept refunds for all modes of payment.
