Honey Apple and Gin Cocktail Recipe



  • 1 ounces Gin

  • 4 ounces Tonic Water

  • 1 ounce Lime Juice

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

  • ½ Apple - Thinly Sliced

  • Handful of Mint Leaves

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick


To make the Honey Syrup:

Add the lime juice and honey into the Oregon Highball Glass and stir vigorously until the honey dissolves.


For the Cocktail:

Combine the gin, 4 ounces of tonic water, honey syrup and ice together in the Oregon Highball Glass. Mix well.

To serve:

Add in apple slices and mint leaves to your discretion. After which, top the rest of the drink with tonic water and add a cinnamon stick to garnish. Enjoy!
